12 Key Upgrades for CISON V8 PRO 2026 V1.1 | EngineDIY
April 17, 2026We are thrilled to announce the launch of CISON V8 PRO 2026 V1.1 upgraded version. This update features comprehensive optimizations implemented based on user feedback and extensive long-term testing, with a primary focus on enhancing cooling efficiency, ignition system stability, mechanical durability, and overall engine responsiveness. Below is a brief overview of all 12 major upgrades and their core benefits:
1. Upgraded Spark Plug
Improved ignition stability and combustion efficiency.
2. 60,000 RPM High-Frequency CDI System Reintroduced
Restored high-frequency CDI output for stronger and more consistent ignition performance.
3. Distributor: 3144E Single Hall Sensor
Adopts a widely available, standard 3144E Hall sensor design. Easier to replace, source.
4.Water Pump Redesigned (Dual-layer → Single-layer)
Reduces excessive water pressure for smoother, more balanced coolant flow, preventing cavitation and improving long-term cooling reliability.
5. Cylinder Water Cooling Connector Upgraded (M4 → M5)
Improved seal strength, durability, and leak resistance under thermal and pressure cycles.
6. Water Cooling T-Joint Enlarged (6mm → 7.5mm)
Increased diameter boosts coolant flow rate for faster, more efficient heat dissipation and better thermal stability.
7. Oil Pump Gear System Updated
Redesigned gears improve oil pressure consistency, lubrication efficiency, and wear resistance, enhancing engine longevity.
8. Carburetor Response Curve Optimized
Refined fuel delivery for sharper throttle response, smoother acceleration, and more predictable power delivery across all speeds.
9. Camshaft Fixing Method Changed (Flat Key → Pin Type)
Improved mechanical locking strength and precision alignment.
10. Valve Polishing Process Enhanced
New grinding and polishing process for smoother airflow and reduced friction.
11. CDI Voltage Requirement Clarified (8–10V DC Recommended)
Specifying 8–10V DC maximizes Hall sensor durability and stabilizes ignition timing under varying power conditions.
12. Tachometer Compatibility & Setting Updated (Only tachometers manufactured after April 16, 2026 are compatible.)
Updated ignition system requires new tachometers set to TG:L RT:x0.25 for accurate RPM reading and timing synchronization.
CISON V8 PRO V1.1 elevates performance, reliability, and user-friendliness. Whether you’re a hobbyist, collector, or enthusiast, these upgrades ensure a smoother, more durable, and more enjoyable running experience.
Stay tuned for more updates!
