CISON LS-52 V8 engine model kit is a 1/5 scale 52cc working four-stroke gasoline internal combustion engine with water cooling, pressure lubrication, dual needle carburetor, and precision mechanical assembly design.
Immersive DIY Mechanical Assembly:
High-precision components combined with a structured manual allow in-depth assembly of a working V8 engine model. The build process reveals internal mechanical structures and operational principles while forming a functioning engine system.
LS-V8 Inspired Structural Design:
Based on the classic LS-V8 layout, the model features water-cooled cylinder heads and an integrated water pump structure without exposed hoses. The design includes a reserved generator mounting position and maintains the appearance of a realistic engine architecture.
Advanced Pressure Lubrication System:
Crankshaft bearings and connecting rods include oil lubrication holes enabling pressure lubrication. Rocker arms contain adjustable oil flow channels, while the three-ring piston design assists oil control and stable operation across a wide RPM range.
Precision Internal Structure:
Thrust plates in the crankshaft and cylinder block help limit axial movement. Aluminum alloy connecting rods include replaceable bearing sleeves, while intake and exhaust valves combine oil seal to maintain cylinder sealing and consistent output.
