This is a custom-designed mechanical model that reproduces the core motion logic of a three-axis CNC milling machine. A high-transparency enclosure allows full 360° viewing of internal mechanical movement while protecting the structure from dust and accidental contact. The system supports multi-axis linkage control, with independent X, Y, and Z axis movement, simulated spindle rotation, and automated motion driven by G-code, reflecting real CNC machine operation logic.
Simplified Control System:
The control interface is reduced to four buttons and a red rotary knob. Axis positions can be adjusted through knob rotation, minimizing operational complexity while retaining core CNC control concepts for intuitive operation.
Ultra-Compact Integrated Structure:
The machine body measures only 100 × 95 × 140 mm, placing it in a true desktop-scale format. All internal wiring is fully concealed, resulting in a clean exterior that highlights precision mechanical aesthetics without visual clutter.
Simulated Control Panel and Precision Construction:
The control panel supports parameter display and adjustment functions such as WPOS, F/S values, reset, and return-to-workpiece-zero operations, recreating standard CNC workflow logic. All major components are CNC-machined, paired with micro motors and a metal frame to ensure smooth motion and accurate structural detailing.
